Why can't I find the camera when adding a device?
① Ensure that the camera is powered on normally (with the indicator light functioning properly).
② Reset the camera (press and hold the power button for 8 seconds), turn it off, and then turn it back on to add it again.
How to solve the problem of frequent offline and automatic disconnection of cameras?
① The WiFi signal is weak. Move closer to the router or add a WiFi extender.
② If the power supply is unstable, the adapter is broken, or there is poor contact, replace the charging head/cable.
③ If the router is overheated or experiencing sluggishness, please restart it.
④ Bandwidth is insufficient, and there are too many devices online simultaneously.
How to solve the issues of too laggy webcam images, slow loading, and high latency?
① Switch to standard definition/smooth mode for viewing.
② Turn off 4K and high bitrate settings, and reduce the bitrate and frame rate.

① The camera lens is not focused (some lenses can be manually adjusted by screwing the lens).
