Two options are available:

4-6 hours, with an average of 1000 mAh used per hour.

How long can a 128GB memory card last?

It can probably record for about a week.

How long can a 1G data card be used for?

One hour

Why can't I find the camera when adding a device?

① Ensure that the camera is powered on normally (with the indicator light functioning properly).

② Reset the camera (press and hold the power button for 8 seconds), turn it off, and then turn it back on to add it again.

How to solve the problem of frequent offline and automatic disconnection of cameras?

① The WiFi signal is weak. Move closer to the router or add a WiFi extender.

② If the power supply is unstable, the adapter is broken, or there is poor contact, replace the charging head/cable.

③ If the router is overheated or experiencing sluggishness, please restart it.

④ Bandwidth is insufficient, and there are too many devices online simultaneously.

How to solve the issues of too laggy webcam images, slow loading, and high latency?

① Switch to standard definition/smooth mode for viewing.

② Turn off 4K and high bitrate settings, and reduce the bitrate and frame rate.

Why is the webcam image blurry, unclear, and blurry even in the daytime?

① The camera lens is not focused (some lenses can be manually adjusted by screwing the lens).

② The lens is covered with dust, fingerprints, and moisture.

③ The resolution is set too low. Change it to 1080P/2K

How to solve the problem of no SD card and video recording failure prompted in the APP?

① Use a Class10 high-speed card, with the memory card format set to FAT32, in capacities of 32G/64G/128G.

What should I do if the computer doesn't respond or doesn't recognize the USB camera after plugging it in?

① Change the USB port (preferably plug it into the rear USB port of the host to avoid insufficient power supply from the front/hub);

② Replace the data cable (some cables only charge and do not transmit data);

③ Check the Device Manager for any unknown devices or yellow exclamation marks, and right-click to update the driver;

④ Test on another computer to see if the camera hardware is faulty.

What should I do if my USB device is not recognized?

① Driver-free camera: Restart the computer and reseat the cable;

② Close the third-party antivirus/firewall and try again.

Why is the camera connecting and disconnecting frequently, and frequently going offline?

Due to insufficient power supply, avoid using USB extension cables and hubs, and directly plug into the USB port on the motherboard. For laptops, plug in the power supply and reduce brightness/resolution.

What should I do if the USB camera screen is black and only shows a black frame?

① It is occupied by other software (close WeChat, DingTalk, and live streaming software);

How to solve the issues of color cast, yellowing, greening, and excessive darkness in camera footage?

Adjust white balance, brightness, contrast, and saturation in the software settings; add light when the light source is insufficient to avoid backlighting.

How to solve the problem of ripples and screen flickering in the camera image?

Regarding the issue of indoor lighting frequency, please adjust the anti-flicker setting to 50Hz (for domestic use) or 60Hz.

How to solve the problem that the built-in microphone of the camera has no sound?

Is it normal for the camera to heat up excessively?

High-resolution devices may generate heat during prolonged use, which may cause the device to become hot to the touch. If the device automatically shuts down, it indicates a hardware malfunction and it is recommended to stop using it.

What is a driverless camera? Why do some cameras not require drivers?

Cameras that support the UVC protocol come with a universal driver pre-installed on Windows/macOS, making them plug-and-play; older models that do not support UVC must install a dedicated driver.
